The company’s operations flow from May through to October as a kinder café/bistro at 109 Finlayson Street in Sicamous, BC – the gateway to the Shuswap and the mid point between Vancouver, BC and Calgary, AB.
Management’s vision is to offer a satisfying menu of smoked meat sandwiches, melts, dips, soups, and salads carefully crafted by our professional chefs to utilize locally sourced ingredients.
