Join our vibrant team as a Coffee Shop and Retail Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a bustling coffee shop and retail space. This role is perfect for energetic, detail-oriented professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing a dynamic food service environment. You will oversee food preparation, team supervision, and sales transactions, ensuring smooth operations while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff. Duties

• Supervise daily coffee shop and retail operations, including food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS or similar systems with accuracy and integrity
• Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
• Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members to build a motivated, customer-focused staff
• Train staff on food preparation techniques, beverage crafting (including barista and bartending skills), and customer service excellence
• Monitor inventory levels of food items, beverages, and retail products; coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Enforce restaurant management policies, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment with strong leadership skills
• Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and sales tracking
• Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service
• Experience in restaurant management roles involving kitchen supervision, serving duties, and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with barista skills, bartending responsibilities, or beverage crafting is preferred but not mandatory
