Full job description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Salmon Arm, BC for a Propagation/maintenance position at Shuswap Clone Co/Living Leaf Growers. The Propagation/maintenance person will be responsible for supporting daily nursery operations, assisting in plant care, maintaining sanitation protocols, and contributing to the Integrated Pest Management system. This role will involve working closely with the team to ensure the health and quality of the plants. Must be available to work weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in plant care, Propagation techniques, nursery operations, or horticulture
- Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management practices
- Attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move plants
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in cannabis cultivation is a plus
- Completion of relevant courses or certifications in plant science or horticulture

Experience: Commercial Cannabis: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification: Security Clearance. (preferred)
