Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance at all times
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
• Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences
• Assist with guest services such as luggage handling, room changes, and special requests
• Maintain front desk operations by answering phones promptly with proper phone etiquette and managing guest inquiries
• Support overall hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
• Assist the Housekeeping Department in day to day operations

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and a professional appearance to represent the hotel positively

Pay: $18.25 per hour
