Hours Tues-Sunday 12pm-8pm

The Yukon Smash is looking for a reliable and hardworking Griller/Line Cook to join our team.

The position is full-time and available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Cooking smash burgers on the flat-top griddle
• Preparing fries, poutine, and other menu items
• Following recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
• Keeping the grill and work station clean, organized, and stocked
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Working as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to work well under pressure
• A positive and respectful team player
• Previous kitchen or grill experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
• FoodSafe certification is an asset
