AIM ROADS is looking for Auxiliary Heavy Equipment Operators – Snow Plow Operators in our Tappen Yard. Equipment Operators are the front line staff who work to keep our highways safe.

AIM Roads is looking for operators for snow plows, trucks, graders, and front end loaders. There is training and opportunities available for employees with Class 3, and/or Class 1 drivers licenses. There are opportunities for varied Auxiliary shifts with hours from 1 to 37.5 weekly with the opportunity to lead to permanent full-time assignments.

There is a Flex Health Savings Benefit Plan in addition to an RRSP match program (once employee qualifies as per CRA regulations) along with premiums, overtime, and base rate pay.

Expected hours: 1 – 37.5 per week

Additional pay: Overtime pay

Schedule: 10 hour shift/Day shift/Evening shift/Holidays/Monday to Friday/Morning shift/Night shift/On call/Overtime/Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

• Flagging Ticket (preferred)
• Class 1 or Class 3 Drivers License with AIR (required)
